YouTube Terms

Sponsorbloom uses YouTube API Services. By using Sponsorbloom you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Estimates, not guarantees

Sponsorship detections and spend figures are estimates. They may be incomplete or wrong, and you should verify them before relying on them for business decisions.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell, bulk-export or republish Sponsorbloom data.
• Don't use Sponsorbloom to harass creators or brands, or to send unsolicited bulk email in breach of applicable law.
• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or disrupt the service.

Accounts and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
